Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy explains conduct that is not permitted when using ShortSaucy websites, applications, short links, QR codes, custom domains, APIs, or related services. It forms part of the ShortSaucy Terms of Service.

Use ShortSaucy lawfully and honestly

You may use ShortSaucy for lawful business, professional, organizational, and personal purposes. You are responsible for the destinations, content, audiences, and activity connected to your account and workspaces.

Prohibited activity

You may not use ShortSaucy to create, distribute, conceal, promote, or facilitate:

• Phishing, credential theft, malware, ransomware, malicious downloads, harmful code, or deceptive redirects.
• Fraud, scams, impersonation, counterfeit activity, deliberately misleading destinations, or misrepresentation of affiliation or identity.
• Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, abusive automation, artificial traffic, or evasion of another service's anti-abuse controls.
• Threats, targeted harassment, stalking, unlawful exploitation, or content intended to facilitate serious physical, financial, or emotional harm.
• Illegal goods, services, transactions, content, or activity, including conduct that violates an applicable law, regulation, court order, or binding legal obligation.
• Infringement of intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other legal rights.
• Collection or disclosure of sensitive personal information without appropriate authority, notice, and safeguards.
• Unauthorized access, vulnerability testing without permission, interference with security features, attempts to bypass limits, or activity intended to disrupt ShortSaucy or another service.
• Use of ShortSaucy in a way that creates unreasonable operational, security, legal, or reputational risk for ShortSaucy, its customers, or third parties.

Redirects, domains, and QR codes

A ShortSaucy link, custom domain, or QR code must not disguise a destination for a prohibited purpose. You must have the right to use any custom domain connected to your workspace. Changing a destination does not remove responsibility for earlier or later use of the same short link or QR code.

Security and service integrity

Do not probe, scan, overload, reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with ShortSaucy except where activity is expressly authorized in writing or permitted by applicable law. Do not use multiple accounts, workspaces, domains, or technical measures to evade enforcement, billing, plan limits, or access controls.

Enforcement

ShortSaucy may investigate suspected violations and may disable a link or QR code, restrict a custom domain, limit workspace activity, suspend or close an account, preserve relevant records, contact an account holder, or make a report when reasonably necessary. The response may depend on severity, intent, recurrence, risk, available evidence, and legal obligations. Immediate action may be taken when delay could increase harm.

Enforcement under this policy does not limit rights or remedies available under the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, law, or an applicable provider agreement. Subscription cancellation, account restrictions, and refund eligibility remain governed by the applicable Terms and Refund Policy.

Reporting suspected abuse

Report a suspicious ShortSaucy link to support@shortsaucy.com. Include the complete link, what you observed, and any safe supporting information that can help with an investigation. Do not open a link you believe may be harmful and do not send passwords or full payment-card information.

Policy changes

ShortSaucy may update this policy as the service, risks, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be published with a new effective date. Continued use after an updated policy takes effect means the updated policy applies to that use.
